Do I need to measure?

Yes – like people, dogs come in all different shapes and sizes.  When a customer orders a McTog which doesn’t fit, 90% ordered are too small for the dog.  As well as the ‘A’ back length, the ‘B’ chest girth is very important to allow enough room for the dog to get in and out of the McTog.

Do your products have a lead/harness hole?

1) Yes - Popper fastening back style have a space.

2) No - NON-popper fastening back style - we designed for the harness to go over the top of the McTog as our dogs found this most comfortable for walking.

Do you make custom orders?

No – we don’t make custom jumpers/coats/onesies or offer an alteration service

Do you have a specific size/colour?

Please use our product filter. 

When will a sold out design be back in stock?

All our available McTog stock is listed on the website - if they are not listed they are out of stock and will not be available again till September 2024 (dependant on the design being continued).

Are McTogs dog jumpers' waterproof?

Our Waterproof microfleece products are made with waterproof microfleece.

Polar Fleece top / Waterproof chest and tummy.  The Polar Fleece section is not waterproof.

What fabrics do you use? 

• Waterproof microfleece – these McTogs are exclusively made for Glenndarcy – using a unique rustle-free breathable, yet waterproof fabric unlike any other dog jumper in the marketplace. They come in two styles – ‘patterned’ with a smooth outer and inner microfleece or ‘plain’ with microfleece on both the outer and inner. 

• Polar fleece top / Waterproof chest and tummy made from P.U.L (polyurethane laminate) – the same fantastic fabric used in reusable baby nappies.

Please note some of our ‘National Colours’ McTogs use a combination of the above – the listing will specify the material used.

How do I put on / take off the McTog jumper?

Is the product suitable for dog tinkling?

Yes – a correctly fitted McTog will be suitable for a male dog – the underneath is designed to lay flat against the tummy.

How do I wash / care for a McTog?

Machine wash 30C, non-bio detergent, no fabric softener – tumble dry low.

Can I return a McTog?

We accept returns for unused, free of dog hair, resalable products within 30 days. Yes – you can try the product on your dog.

If there is dog hair on the returned McTog/s, we will take a photograph and deduct a £5.00 cleaning fee from your refund.  To help you avoid this cleaning fee, please use a lint roller on the outside, inside and neck of the product before returning.
